Left Phonak wasn’t working. Sherry cleaned receivers, then changed receiving cable and performed other repair functions, spending better part of an hour assisting me while also tending to patients. Then tried to program right Phonak to recognize iphone. Made Fedex carrier wait so she could package my non-worker and send to Phonak repair. Although all of her efforts failed, she gave me her all. Tender-lovin’ care. Gotta luv it!

SoundWorks is great!! Gave them a call, told me to come in. The tube on my left hearing aid had broken off. I'm thinking I would have to leave it for a week or more but said just to wait. I took advantage of the free hearing screening and consultation offered by Soundworks Hearing in Livingston. I had never had my hearing tested before so I was a bit nervous. The office staff were friendly and inviting. I did not have to wait long for the service, walked into the building and within minutes was moved into the exam room. The doctor explained everything that he was going to do and then got on with the exam. My results were explained right after the testing. Overall, it was a very positive experience and if needed, I will return there in the future for my hearing issues.

Yesterday I visited the Soundworks establishment in Fort Worth. I had been having a problem charging one of my hearing aids and thought it was because of the charging unit. Even though I didn't have an appointment they took the time to investigate the problem and discovered it was the hearing aids that wasn't working. I have been a customer at this Soundworks Fort Worth location for about three years, when I got my first set of hearing aids. I visited recently to get adjustments on the hearing aids I had been using and after a conversation with the new audiologist, Grant Robinson, and some tweaks to those first HAs, I decided it was time for a major upgrade. I did some in-depth research on the newest hearing aid technology and returned to him for more advice on the type of product I wanted. Grant was very skilled at figuring out what I was asking for and making sure the new HAs would come as close to my expectations as possible. After using my new hearing aids for about three weeks, I returned for my "check-in" appointment and asked him even more questions about the features. Grant has been so patient at the many questions I have for him - which have been quite a few! He is intuitive and has a deep knowledge of the technology and can explain things in a way I understood. I highly recommend this Soundworks Fort Worth office for anyone thinking about getting hearing aids. Melissa, the office manager, is also extremely nice and patient and she and Grant make a great team. Getting hearing aids is a journey and I would suggest, for anyone starting out, to be patient and do your research on learning the basics about them - if you are willing and able to do that. But if you are not one for research, then Grant is the perfect person to guide you through the process.

I had my hearing aids cleaned. There was no waiting and the cleaning only took five minutes. The hearing aids work great. On 2-16-22 I made an appointment because I wasn't hearing well. He changed the microphone and the hearing aid was great. It only took a few minutes. My recent cleaning 8-4-25 went quickly. Loudness in the hearing aids was corrected and they are fine.

Having initially been sent to an outbox network Audiologist and finding my United Healthcare insurance coverage was ZERO, Found Soundworks Hearing that WAS in my network, made an appointment. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and after my exam was prescribed a hearing aid set that was less than 1/2 the cost of the previous set. Same manufacturer, 1 model down from the $7000.00 set (out of network). Hearing specialist explained the differences clearly and I felt more comfortable about the cost after we left. Saved so much, we went and upgraded our I-phones to 16. I would highly recommend the folks in Corsicanna if you even think, hearing aids are in your future, even hade an appointment for the wife too.

Both of the women who work there were very pleasant, I just love them. Connie is very helpful with any information you might need on hearing aids, she also tries to work with you on scheduling or any insurance concerns you might have and Anyika does not quit until you get the right fit on hearing aids. She was so helpful with mine. I don't think I would of been able to deal with having to have hearing aids without her. She is a very caring person which was so helpful and appreciated.

They were very friendly from check in to all done! Very helpful and knowledgeable about my hearing devices. They noticed a problem in the first look into my ear and directed me how and where for the Solution.The appointment was over before it could start. Had I not gone to them I would’ve maybe never known that there were three earpieces from my old hearing aids stuck inside my ears for that I am truly thankful to SoundWorks Hearing Centers!
