Great facility and the personnel and technicians were awesome. The price is very reasonable and as a Veteran I got a discount. You ears are checked and cleaned if needed before testing and testing is done in a state of the art soundproof booth by a hearing specialist. Results are explained in terms easily understood and a copy of the results are provided. Full Hearing Aids and services are also available. I can’t recommend SOUNDWORKS highly enough.

I love this place! I recently moved to the area. I have hearing aids purchased from my previous location. I was having trouble hearing and called several hearing aid companies in Weatherford. I could tell two of the companies I called were going to push me to buy new devices. My existing pair was only 3 years old. The doctor at Soundworks adjusted my hearing aids and has been working with me to make sure I can continue to use the devices I have. Great customer service. I had my hearing aids cleaned. There was no waiting and the cleaning only took five minutes. The hearing aids work great. On 2-16-22 I made an appointment because I wasn't hearing well. He changed the microphone and the hearing aid was great. It only took a few minutes. My recent cleaning 8-4-25 went quickly. Loudness in the hearing aids was corrected and they are fine.

FINALLY, someone ACTUALLY knows to put on appropriate sizes. So I, just turned 18 and I can't go to pediatric ENT to get maintenance and stuff. But the last time I went, they changed my tubing- without permission at all. They made it INSANELY uncomfortable. Like after 20 minutes of wear, my ear literally turns red and hot due to it. I didn't know why, but I ain't diving 80 miles for that stupid thing (Dallas to Corsicana). And I tired of wearing it so I didn't bother. And as well, the screw on tube worn off, that it won't stay together. So I stopped wearing it due discomfort and fear of losing it. Turns out that stupid place put ADULT size instead of pediatric size. I, have dwarfism, I mean do I clearly look like a adult while being 4'8"? Of course being said, I use pediatric sizes. This isn't first incident I had with stupid, similar people. They don't take insurance (Welpoint) but they do service Phonak. To be more specific- the model is Nadal L70-SP

Both of the women who work there were very pleasant, I just love them. Connie is very helpful with any information you might need on hearing aids, she also tries to work with you on scheduling or any insurance concerns you might have and Anyika does not quit until you get the right fit on hearing aids. She was so helpful with mine. I don't think I would of been able to deal with having to have hearing aids without her. She is a very caring person which was so helpful and appreciated.
