Where do I start? I saw an ad on Facebook for Soundworks Hearing Centers and because of me calling and booking through the ad, my initial appointment for my hearing assessment and possible ear cleanout didn't cost a dime. They got me an appointment very quickly at the Jasper, TX office and were willing to try and accommodate almost any date and time I needed. Upon arrival, the office smelled AMAZING and the woman behind the front desk was friendly, helpful and kind. I signed my paperwork (took all of 5 minutes) and she took me directly back to the doctor's office. I haven't been able to hear out of my right ear AT ALL (such a scary situation) since a terrible car accident I had last July, from which I received a brain bleed and was afraid the hearing issue had something to do with that. Thankfully, it was wax that was hardened and stuck to my eardrum, as I had been in the hospital and rehab for the past 9 months and hadn't been able to have it seen to. I've never been so grateful to hear something like that in my entire life!!! The doctor and the sweet woman from the front desk who was also assisting him took care of the issue. The doctor said my eardrum was a bit scratched and gave me instructions on what to do to stop any bleeding and also what to do in the shower to help keep wax from coming back and forming again. This gentleman was also sincerely kind and caring and I felt completely at ease. It took no time at all and I absolutely COULD NOT believe I was able to walk out without having to pay. What a blessing! Thank you Soundworks Hearing Centers. You have no idea how wonderful it feels to hear again! The little things are truly such a gift!!!!

I started this journey by first going to Hearing and Brain Centers in Weatherford and quickly realized that their program was geared towards getting you to buy a hearing aid so you wouldn’t get dementia. I’m 60 yo and in good health. My hearing exam clearly states that I had a 300% chance of getting dementia if I didn’t join their program. I didn’t like their approach to treatment so I went to Soundworks for a second opinion. What a good decision that was. Glenn York performed the analysis, was very thorough when telling me my options, and said nothing about getting dementia. I highly recommend Sound Works in Weatherford!!

I'm able to hear everything some one is saying and able to join in on the conversation at hand.ain ai I had to turn the TV down to. I can hear people not a lot of back ground noises that I was getting with the amplifier hearing aid. My hearing aids all I needed to hear like I wanted to hear. Having initially been sent to an outbox network Audiologist and finding my United Healthcare insurance coverage was ZERO, Found Soundworks Hearing that WAS in my network, made an appointment. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and after my exam was prescribed a hearing aid set that was less than 1/2 the cost of the previous set. Same manufacturer, 1 model down from the $7000.00 set (out of network). Hearing specialist explained the differences clearly and I felt more comfortable about the cost after we left. Saved so much, we went and upgraded our I-phones to 16. I would highly recommend the folks in Corsicanna if you even think, hearing aids are in your future, even hade an appointment for the wife too.

One of my hearing aids died so I needed some help from an audiologist. I’m very pleased to find Sound Works. Karen took the time to find out what my insurance covered and she understood what the insurance company said. Kelly, the audiologist, explained my tinnitus issues, which type of hearing aid I needed and why, and explained my benefits to me. It’s a great place to get help with hearing problems. I definitely recommend Sound Works.
