I finally had my first real visit that wasn’t an emergency hearing aid repair and I was very impressed with the entire process and friendly atmosphere. They’ve previously helped me out twice, once when I washed my hearing aids in the washer (for about 10 mins before realizing it) and another trip when one microphone failed. They were able to fix me up both times in a matter of minutes so I could return back to work and socialize! I’m so glad I’ve found a great place to service my hearing aids!

FINALLY, someone ACTUALLY knows to put on appropriate sizes. So I, just turned 18 and I can't go to pediatric ENT to get maintenance and stuff. But the last time I went, they changed my tubing- without permission at all. They made it INSANELY uncomfortable. Like after 20 minutes of wear, my ear literally turns red and hot due to it. I didn't know why, but I ain't diving 80 miles for that stupid thing (Dallas to Corsicana). And I tired of wearing it so I didn't bother. And as well, the screw on tube worn off, that it won't stay together. So I stopped wearing it due discomfort and fear of losing it. Turns out that stupid place put ADULT size instead of pediatric size. I, have dwarfism, I mean do I clearly look like a adult while being 4'8"? Of course being said, I use pediatric sizes. This isn't first incident I had with stupid, similar people. They don't take insurance (Welpoint) but they do service Phonak. To be more specific- the model is Nadal L70-SP
