Neat and clean office with great staff. Only marked them down because they still have Covid signs everywhere, and eye dr and wore a mask and gloves the entire time. When you go to get your hearing checked and have a hard time hearing already, I don’t want to strain to hear through a mask. Plus, the pandemic has ended, can they just move on and get over the mask thing? If I chose to follow up, it would be with a place that doesn’t wear masks…

What excellent treatment I received from the audiologist and the front desk. First time to ever visit an audiologist to diagnose the issue I had with my ears and I felt scared. We appreciate this office more than they’ll ever know. The staff and doctors are so great! My husband works out of town. He’s gone for months on end. He had two appointments with Livingston hearing MONTHS apart. Both times the doctor was sick when he arrived. On top of that they LOST his molds to his ears! Long story short after months of Livingston giving us the run around SoundWorks got us in and seen within hours of calling!! Phillip and the front staff were very welcoming. After leaving I felt way more comfortable and slightly excited about getting hearing aids at my young age. I would highly recommend this location.
