I had good experience at Sound Works. They got me right in and didn’t have to wait a month for an appointment. The facility is not that fancy or new but clean and comfortable. I just want to let everyone know that Sherry at Soundworks Hearing in Weatherford is AMAZING. She has been a God send to me and my Dad. My dad’s hearing aid quit working and he is totally def without out them. We need one little part to fix it and I haven’t been able to get any help. I have gone to and talked to 4 different companies and two different states before calling Sherry and she is the only one willing to help me get the part I needed for my dad. She was caring and understanding when I was at my wits end and frantic. She calmed me down and took care of it. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I hope her boss knows what a Gem he has in Sherry.

Since the first time coming here a few months ago I can hear again!! I was so excited when I found out my hearing aids were bluetooth and waterproof. If you live in Texas with this heat you definitely need waterproof. Mandi and Christian are the absolute best, it’s like going to visit friends every time I go. Thank you Mandi and Christian!!!!

I loved my experience with sound works in Burleson.Mandi is awesome and showed me by the tests what my hearing is and let me look inside my ear at my ear drums. The hearing aids are small and fit my ear perfectly. I will have a couple more visits to make sure they are working correctly.They get 5 stars from me.
