The staff was very friendly and the audiologist gave me general knowledge of my results. However, I was charged $120 because of a referral from my doctor. I was informed that if I didn’t have that referral, it would have been free. I do not understand the logic in that.

The technician and Admin assistant are very patient and helpful in helping me with my insurance claim and hearing tests. They are great!! Kelly is so patient with us senior citizens. With my short memory loss I can not remember the Administrator's name right now but she was so helpful...
