Melissa Jones Gandy

Practice Administrator

Melissa is the Patient Care Coordinator at our Cleburne office. Her journey in the hearing industry began with her grandfather, who started the family business in 1959. With 29 years of experience, Melissa has built a career rooted in dedication and expertise. She treasures the personal connections she makes with patients every day.

Outside of work, Melissa is actively involved in her church, enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and indulging in her love for shopping.

Grant Robinson

Licensed Hearing Healthcare Specialist

Grant Robinson, a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, has been helping patients hear better since 2021. Originally from Katy, he earned his degree from Tarleton State University and was drawn to the hearing industry for its unique mix of hands-on care and life-changing impact.

Grant’s favorite part of his work is meeting new patients and helping them experience the gift of sound. Guided by his philosophy, “Show how much you care before you show how much you know,” he’s excited to meet you and make your hearing journey a success.

Outside the office, Grant enjoys sports, hiking, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors. During the COVID pandemic, he and his wife traveled the U.S. in an RV, an adventure that reflects his passion for new experiences.
