Christie Plock is our Licensed Hearing Healthcare Specialist for the Fort Worth clinic. She was born and raised in Texas and began her career in the hearing industry in 1987. Christie’s passion is to improve the quality of life through better hearing for every individual who struggles with hearing loss is what drew her to her profession. Her favorite part about her career is getting to know her patients and changing their quality of life. Outside of work, Christie enjoys exercising and reading.
Melissa is our Patient Care Coordinator for the Fort Worth office. Working in the hearing industry started with her grandfather who started the family business back in 1959. Melissa now has 29 years in the hearing industry under her belt. She enjoys the personal interactions she gets to have with the patients each day. Outside of work, Melissa is active in her church, loves spending time with friends, traveling, and shopping.
